About Us

The Gallery at the Network opened in the Spring of 2002 in San Luis Obispo, CA. as a fine art gallery, focusing on regional art. Rosanne Seitz and Julie Dunn had previously been two of the original owners of L'Artiste Gallery, but decided to move near the Mission, in the center of the downtown. Teaming up with well-known jewelry designer, Linda Lewis, The Gallery at the Network was born!

Currently owned and operated by Rosanne, Julie and newest partner, Dotty Hawthorne, The Gallery has become a local icon on the Central Coast. Boasting a 10-year history of consistently providing quality fine art and handmade crafts in a variety of media and styles, The Gallery at the Network has grown to represent over 35 established and emerging regional artists.

Our goals have remained largely the same: support our local art community, both artists and art patrons, by providing a convenient, year-round, well-run, art gallery, exhibiting a distinctive array of exceptional fine art and craft!

After many successful years of working within a gallery setting, meeting many artists at Art Festivals, speaking with interior designers, architects, landscape designers, art patrons, and homeowners, we've realized that there's a real need to provide a venue to represent artwork that isn't necessarily found in the confines of a "gallery space". And so, Viola! Home and Garden Art Link was born!

Conceived as a way for artists to be linked directly with the design/build community, this new on-line "Gallery" will provide the opportunity for additional artists to join our regional community in providing custom artwork for a variety of settings.

Please take a visual tour of the artist profiles from the fine art Gallery at the Network by clicking on the art category of your choice or visit the new virtual gallery: Home and Garden Art Link and select an art category. Enjoy!
