I grew up in an artistic family in the Central Cal Coast.  Consumed by rock 'n' roll in the Sixties, I ended up spending nearly 40 years on the front lines of the music business, traveling the world and racking up red carpet experiences in the arena of the recording star. But I daydreamed about creating glass objects that glowed from within.  Retiring from star making soon after I moved from Los Angeles to Atascadero in 2005, I dove head first into glass. I took classes at Cal Poly, with Kent Lauer in Los Angeles, and at Castle Glass in SLO.  I also take inspiration from working with my sister, Sher Roberts, as 2sisters glass.

Using coldworking and fusing techniques to manipulate dichroic glass is a thrill for me.  My work is a reflection of the klieg lights and flash bulbs that were my daily fare in music.  A dream fulfilled.
