As a fiber artist I work with a variety of natural fibers including silk, wool, bamboo, and cotton. Color is always the main focus of my art while the lines and textures of nature find their way into my designs. Each piece is embellished by hand dying, paint, embroidery, or beading, adding dimension and evolving into complex cloth. The art process results in creating unique one-of-a-kind usable art such as scarves, evening bags, purses, hand knitted and crocheted garments.
